In the panel discussion, we'll get to learn about how the law can be used for social change, including topics like strategic litigation, legal empowerment, and more. Panelists will share their experience of challenging the constitutionality of unjust laws in the courts in India, working in conflict zones to keep formal justice systems running in Mali, and increasing access to justice at the grassroots level.
In a world that is often so full of impunity, we can learn a lot about holding power to account through legal systems.
