Ruling out Injustice: The Law as Activism that will take place from 18:00-19:30 Bangkok time on Monday, 31 May via Zoom. Like all these events, it's free and open to all -- but participants need to sign
up as soon as possible here to reserve a space and get the Zoom meeting link since we have a limited number of places.
In the panel discussion, we'll get to learn about
how the law can be used for social change, including topics like strategic litigation, legal empowerment, and more. Panelists will share their experience of challenging the constitutionality of unjust laws in the courts in India, working in conflict
zones to keep formal justice systems running in Mali, and increasing access to justice at the grassroots level.
In a world that is often so full of impunity, we can learn a lot about holding power to account through legal systems.
