Previously he has held the position of Lecturer in Economics at the University "Carlos III" of Madrid (1999-2001). He holds a Ph.D. in Economics at the University of York. His main research interests are in the area of public economics, particularly in the field of poverty and inequality, distributive justice, social policy, and the economics of education. Practical information The seminar will take place from 15:00-16:00 at UNU-WIDER (Katajanokanlaituri 6 B, 00160 Helsinki).
