INVITATION TO THE PRESENTATION OF THE METAEVALUATION OF MFA’S PROJECT AND PROGRAMME EVALUATIONS IN 2017-2020
The results of the ”Metaevaluation of MFA’s Project and Programme Evaluations in 2017-2020”
will be presented on
Thursday 31 March 2022 at 9 a.m. (Helsinki time, UTC +2) in Ritarikatusali (Laivastokatu 22) and virtually at
https://www.mediaserver.fi/live/presentation-of-evaluation.
The seating capacity of the Ritarikatusali is 70 people and the seats will be reserved in the order of registrations. Coffee is served from 8.30
onwards. The event can also be followed online.

Metaevaluation of MFA’s Project and Programme Evaluations in 2017-2020 was commissioned to gain information on the quality of decentralized evaluation reports,
their corresponding ToRs and Finnish development cooperation. For the first time, this metaevaluation also assessed usefulness of evaluations.
The event will be opened by Under-Secretary of State Elina Kalkku, and there will be a panel discussion on evaluation quality and usefulness between
experienced experts after the presentation. We also count on an active audience to contribute to the discussion.
