Tiedoksenne, Eurooppalainen kehitysjärjestöjen kattojärjestö CONCORD järjestää sarjan webinaareja uuteen Euroopan unionin ulkosuhderahoitusinstrumenttiin (NDICI) liittyen. Fingon jäsenjärjestöt ja kumppanit ovat tervetulleita
osallistumaan näihin webinaareihin, joiden kautta on mahdollisuus vaikuttaa NDICI instrumentin ohjelmointiin kehittyvissä maissa vuosina 2021-2027.

Dear all,
The EU is currently reviewing its external action financing instruments. CONCORD and its members are closely following and
influencing the process at the Brussels and EU Member States level, including advocating for CSO participation in the processes.
CONCORD and its members prepared for you the attached
information note on the first phase of the programming process of the “Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument” (NDICI), the new external action instrument (which replaces the EDF, the DCI, the EIDHR etc) to ensure that
YOU - CSOs are meaningfully consulted and engaged in this “pre-programming” process for the next financial period (2021-2027).
CONCORD is also organising
series of webinars for you to deepen your knowledge on the EU budget process, the programming of the new external instrument (NDICI), but also to provide you with crucial tips on how to effectively engage with the EU Delegations on the programming process
and raise your organisation profile.
For webinars in English, there are several dates available (27 March, 31 March, 2 April, 7 April) with maximum number of
30 participants to maintain them as interactive as possible. Please register at the

by 27 March cob (Note that the first webinar will already happen this Friday on 27 March). After this date, logistical details to join the webinar will be shared with the ones registered.

La UE está revisando actualmente sus instrumentos de financiación de la acción exterior. CONCORD y sus miembros siguen muy
atentivamente e influyen en el proceso a nivel de Bruselas y de los Estados miembros de la UE, defendiendo, inter alia, la participación de las OSC en dichos procesos.
CONCORD y sus miembros han preparado para usted la nota de información adjunta sobre la primera fase del proceso de programación
del “Instrumento de Vecindad, Desarrollo y Cooperación Internacional” (NDICI), el nuevo instrumento de acción externa (que reemplaza al FED, el ICD, el IEDDH etc.) para garantizar que USTEDES - las OSC sean consultadas y participen de manera activa en este
proceso de "pre-programación" para el próximo período financiero (2021-2027).
CONCORD también está organizando una serie de seminarios en linea para que puedan profundizar su conocimiento sobre los
proceso de los presupuestos de la UE y de la programación del nuevo instrumento externo (NDICI), y a la vez brindarle consejos cruciales sobre cómo involucrarse efectivamente con las Delegaciones de la UE en el proceso de programación y elevar el perfil de
su organización.
El webinar o seminario en linea en español tendrá lugar el 1 de abril a las 4-5 pm (hora de Bruselas).

VOUS - les OSC soient consultées et engagées de manière significative dans ce processus de «pré-programmation» pour la prochaine période financière (2021-2027).
CONCORD organise également une série de webinaires pour approfondir vos connaissances sur le processus budgétaire de l'UE,
la programmation du nouvel instrument extérieur (NDICI), mais aussi pour vous fournir des conseils cruciaux sur la manière de dialoguer efficacement avec les délégations de l'UE pendant le processus de la programmation et augmenter le profil de votre organisation.
Pour les webinaires en français, plusieurs dates sont disponibles (1 April, 2 avril, 8 avril) avec un nombre maximum de
30 participants pour les maintenir aussi les plus interactives que possible.
