Kansainvälistä tyttöjen päivää vietetään 11.lokakuuta. Planin Tyttöjen päivän koulumateriaali käsittelee ilmastonmuutosta nuorten, erityisesti tyttöjen näkökulmasta.
Syksyn 2019 materiaalissa on tyttöjen päivän aamunavaukset, kirjallisuusvinkkejä ilmasto ja tytöt -teemasta sekä valmis fasilitointirunko koulun omien ilmastotekojen ideointiin.
Ideoilla voi osallistua myös OAJ:n ja Planin yhteiseen koulujen ilmastoteko-kilpailuun, joka on käynnissä 25.10.2019 saakka.
